Practicalities
1. Matka Workshop Day 2027 – Date & Venue

2. Meeting calendars
Meeting calendars will open in November 2026.
Meetings can be requested for three days, 20–22 January, if the supplier is also exhibiting on 22 January.
Meeting requests expire automatically if they are not accepted or declined within the following time:
- Until 31 December 2026: 7 days
- 1–17 January 2027: 3 days
- From 18 January 2027: 1 day
On 20 January, meetings will take place at suppliers’ tables in Hall 5. Meetings between Event Partners and Buyers or Media will take place in the Event Partner Area in Hall 5.
On 21–22 January, meetings will take place at suppliers’ stands in the exhibition halls.
Suppliers can request meetings with Buyers, Media and Event Partners, and vice versa. The person receiving the meeting request can accept or decline it.
3. Printing your meeting schedule
You can print your meeting schedule in advance or at the venue on 20 January if an updated version is needed.
Please do not print your schedule until the table numbers have been added closer to the event.
4. Registration, QR code & badge
Every delegate must register in advance before arriving at Messukeskus Helsinki.
Your personal QR code is your ticket to Matka Workshop Day. Use it to enter through the gates in the Messukeskus lobby and print your name badge on-site before entering the event hall.
Your personal QR code will be available on your personal home page by mid-December. Badge lanyards will be available in the event hall.
If a colleague is joining you, you can add additional delegates from the same company under your company profile. Each delegate must have their own personal QR code.
There is no on-site registration. You will need your personal QR code to access the venue and event hall.
Please wear your name badge at all times on 20 January.
Buyers, Media and Event Partners have free access to Matka Travel Fair and the cloakroom with their Workshop Day badge on 21–24 January.
Suppliers need an exhibitor pass to access Matka Travel Fair on 21–24 January.
5. Programme
The programme for Wednesday, 20 January 2027 will be available here closer to the event.
Meetings will take place at suppliers’ tables in Hall 5. Meetings between Event Partners and Buyers or Media will take place in the Event Partner Area in Hall 5.
6. Getting to Messukeskus
The main entrance is the Southern Entrance, Messuaukio 1.
If you arrive by car, please use the Northern Entrance (Expo Car Park / Messuparkki). The car park is open 24/7.

7. Cloakroom
On Wednesday, 20 January, the cloakroom is open at the Southern (main) entrance and is free of charge for all Matka Workshop Day participants.
On 21–24 January, the cloakroom is free of charge for Buyers, Media and Event Partners wearing their Matka Workshop Day name badge.
8. Lunch & coffee breaks
Lunch and coffee breaks are included in the programme on Wednesday, 20 January.
If you need additional breaks during the day, please block the required time slots in your meeting calendar.
Lunch locations and serving times will be confirmed closer to the event.
9. Post-Work Mingle
More information about a possible after-work event will be added later.
