Every participant is pre-registered and validated to ensure high-quality meetings and business connections.
Travelling from outside the Schengen area?
Visa processing can take up to eight weeks, so we recommend registering early to secure your place and allow enough time for your visa application.
How to participate as a supplier?
At Matka Workshop Day 2027, you can introduce your company and build new business connections through pre-scheduled 15-minute one-on-one meetings.
Meeting requests work both ways: suppliers can request meetings with buyers, media and event partners, and vice versa. The person receiving the meeting request can accept or decline it.
How much does it cost?
MEET FINLAND – Finnish suppliers
Until September 30, 2026: €1,650 + VAT
Starting from October 1, 2026: €2,150 + VAT
MEET THE WORLD – International suppliers
Until September 30, 2026: €1,170 + VAT
Starting from October 1, 2026: €1,590 + VAT
Participation includes:
- A table for a maximum of 2 sales delegates from the same company
- One company profile and two personal profiles
- Two meeting calendars, which can be combined if needed
- Access to the online matchmaking tool for pre-scheduling meetings
- Contact information for Buyers, Media and Event Partners
Please note: If two companies share a table, an extra fee of €1,100 + VAT. The table will be invoiced to one company only.

Supplier participation requires confirmed exhibitor status at Matka 2027 and a completed order for Matka Workshop Day 2027 participation.

Participating as a Buyer - company representatives only
Buyer participation is for tour operators, travel agencies, OTAs, distribution channels and MICE operators looking for new products and destinations. Buyers must be involved in initiating or approving purchasing decisions for travel-related products and services and be potential business partners for participating suppliers.
Buyer participation is free of charge. Travel and accommodation costs in Helsinki are at the participant’s own expense, unless participating in a hosted buyer programme managed by Visit Finland, Helsinki Partners or Finnair. Hosted buyer programmes are by invitation only.
All registrations are subject to validation. Once your profile has been validated, you will receive a “Profile validated”email.
Several buyers from the same company can be registered under one company profile. Once your profile has been validated, you can add one or more colleagues.
Meeting calendars will open in November 2026.
With your Matka Workshop Day 2027 buyer badge, you will also have access to Matka Travel Fair on all event days, 21–24 January 2027.
Please note: Due to Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, participants from Russia are currently not accepted at Matka Travel Fair or Matka Workshop Day.
